Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HireA.Tech website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What HireA.Tech is
HireA.Tech is a lead-brokerage marketplace. We connect consumers seeking home-service work with independent, third-party trade professionals (“Pros”). We are not a contractor, do not perform service work, and do not employ the Pros. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, or outcome of any work performed by a Pro.
For consumers
- Using the Service to request a connection to a Pro is free.
- We share your request details with the single Pro we connect you to so they can contact you. You are responsible for vetting and contracting with the Pro directly.
- Any agreement, payment, or dispute for the actual work is solely between you and the Pro.
For trade professionals
- Pros may receive exclusive lead offers and pay a per-lead fee only when they affirmatively accept a lead.
- Pros represent that they hold all licenses, insurance, and registrations required to perform their trade in their service area.
- Pros are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of HireA.Tech.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HireA.Tech is not liable for the acts, omissions, work, or conduct of any Pro or consumer, and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us, if any, in the prior twelve months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
